Hot Summer Night Featuring The Maension & The Raevolution Tour With Special Guests Be faced from Australia, Bombshell Molly from Lewiston, Children of Atom from Spokane. This show was on Saturday the 14th but in some ways, it felt more like Friday The 13th with a few mishaps that went on? First off the light system at the venue went a little haywire? In over the 3 years, I have been doing shows at The Roadhouse this has never happened? Then when Children of Atom took the stage the bass player somehow broke his bass guitar only 2 songs into their set and had to cut it short? That is how intense this concert was you really should have been there? I guess if you really look at it those couple of things are mild in comparisons to some other shows we have done lol.

On some highlights of the show, all the bands killed it what a great lineup and great bunch of musicians performing the show last night, true professionals all around. I would like to thank each and every one of them for stepping up and playing their hearts out even though attendance for the show was way down. July seems to be a tough sell for concerts in the Spokane area we may have lost another music venue because of it sorry to say?

I was talking with Be Faced after the show and this was their first time being in the states and Canada let alone touring over here. SPOKANE WAS THE LAST SHOW ON THE Raevolution Tour before The Maension heads back to Europe for the 4th leg of the tour in the fall. Be faced was heading to Vegas for a few days before heading back to Australia. I was telling them how I always wanted to visit Australia but I had heard about the poisonous spiders over there. They said they were big and would jump at you so don't make any sudden movements just back away slowly lol. I said I would just stick to the beach but in certain areas of Australia that is not safe either watch out for the Crocks, in other words, either get bitten or eaten lol. Good things to know when planning a trip lol. Be faced also gave and autographed a drum symbol to Aaron Torres from TWTYE how cool is that?
