Rocktoberfest, Halloween Extravaganza With The Return of Hair Nation, & The Debut of Rattlesnake

Rock$tarzz Hospitality Promotions had a really busy month of October with 3 very big concerts only weeks apart from one another. To kick off the month we started off with our Rocktoberfest show October 3rd, 2017 featuring 5 bands at the Roadhouse. Performances included Windowpane out of Seattle headlining the show it had been over 2 years since Windowpane played in Spokane and we were looking forward to their return. Co-headlining Rocktoberfest was local favorites Children Of The Sun and all the way from Olympia, WA Hellbelly making their debut performance in Spokane. Opening the show was a rocking Ronnie James Dio Tribute with Jackhammer what a great night of rock n roll this was an awesome lineup of performances.

Weeks later we put on our Halloween party at The Roadhouse October 27th, with the return of Hair Nation and opening the show locals The Caretakers. Hair Nation had performed for the first time in Spokane last spring to one of the largest crowds The Roadhouse had seen we were confident the show would be the same the second time around especially since it was Halloween, although attendance was lower than expected there were some great costumes from Kiss to Weekend At Bernie's to our big winners of the night Beetle Juice everyone was having a great time it really was the best party in town you all should have been there.

We didn't even have time to recuperate from the prior 2 shows when just the next weekend after our big Halloween Party we brought to town all the way from Salt Lake City, UT my friend's Motley Crue Tribute Band Rattlesnake Shake. This show was initially supposed to feature a Seattle Motley Crue Tribute but circumstances caused them to reschedule their debut in Spokane. Opening this incredible show was Spokane's one and only Pantera Tributes in the Pacific NW, "Dimestore Cowboys" these guys really can melt your face off. Although we were up against the fierce competition on the same night with the real Vince Neil performing at the casino and a free local show at The Knitting Factory we held our own.

All three of these shows had been scheduled at least 5 months in advance, we do our homework before booking and scheduling shows as to not over stress the music scene in Spokane with so many choices on the same night to leave venues with low attendance but something always comes up and it is a given. The 2 shows I mentioned above both came up after the fact but we went ahead with our already scheduled concert and hoped for the best.

We are going to take a little break for the winter and continue booking shows in late February with Rock$tarzz Hospitality's High Voltage Party Like A Rock Star Birthday Bash with Soul Stripper AC/DC Tribute and the return of Patitude & Jackhammer celebrating my birthday.
