Alter Bridge, California Breed, The Cringe: October 23, 2014

I've been sitting on this story for over a year and a half, part of the reason for the delay is I did not have my website and blog page set up at the time of this awesome concert. I thought I better get it up since this summer Myles Kennedy and Alterbridge will be one of the headliners at "Rock Hard At The Park in August.

Alter Bridge with Myles Kennedy was scheduled to perform at the sold out show at The Knitting Factory in Spokane, WA on October 23, 2014, Spokane is also Myles Kennedy's home town. Co-headlining the show included California Breed featuring Glen Hughes of the 1970's Deep Purple, and The Cringe.

I stuck around after the show to meet up with the guys and graciously Mark Tremonti, and Scott Phillips both formerly from the band "Creed", didn't even hesitate to come talk with the fans and snap a couple of selfies but there was no sign of Myles anywhere? It was reported that Myles was visiting with family while in town.

Me and my rocker friend continued to stick around in hopes Myles would eventually make an appearance? It was nearing 2 am and the "District Bar"next to "The Knitting Factory" was closing for the night. Everyone had gone and there were just a few patrons hanging out in front of the club, reportedly Myles's family members? My friend and I were just hanging out in the car waiting for Myles to come out but it was like the few people in front of the club were on the look out to make sure the coast was clear? We were the only rockers left so there wasn't any danger on us mobbing him we only wanted a couple minutes of his time then we'd be on our way. It became evident that as long as we stuck around there was no chance he would show himself? It seemed hopeless, we finally gave up and left so that Myles could be on his way.
